Experience:
Minimum of one-to-two years of freight brokerage experience with an existing customer base. Knowledge of prospecting, and business development are required.
Must set goals, communicate with ease, and while balancing our company's needs, develop very strong, quality relationships and produce customers.
Prior bid experience in freight, or logistics industries is a plus. Prefer experience with outside sales, and telephone sales.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and must possess basic computer and social network marketing skills.
